“Door had a one inch gap under it, bathroom door had holes punched in it, the microwave was unplugged so when we plugged it in to use it the turntable turned all by itself without turning it on but the pad to turn it off didn't work. They had a lot of people permanently living in the other rooms but they weren't noisy. It looked like they were trying to get the pool opened but they exterior needed a lot of cleanup done to it. “We arrived early in the morning at like 2 AM after driving for 4 1/2 hours. we go into the room and there’s a roach on the door inside the room and then we look over near the bed and there’s five of them running around. We went right back to the front desk and told Christine that we would not stay and she was excellent. She had no questions asked gave us all our money back.”

“When you approach it, it is hidden. You have to drive through a torn up and derelict property to reach it. My friend referred it to a burned out ghetto and didn't want to stay. I missed the cancelation date so we stayed. The building needed maintenance on the outside. Inside you were welcomed by friendly staff, new carpet and fresh paint. The room was sparce with mismatched furniture. The hvac worked great.”

“First floor room was noisy through the night and for privacy you have to keep the blinds closed during the day. Breakfast the next morning was tasteless, a disappointment.”

“Not their fault, but they were going through some serious renovations. Staff did their best and was accommodating. Billing was messed up card wise which I explained very clearly. Will stay there again though.”

“Basic amenities, but there's a bar/restaurant right in the hotel. Win win and it's within walking distance to many other great restaurants and attractions.”
